Working principle:
Feed tablet cores into the filmcoating drum, and the tablet cores make continuous complicated orbital movement within the clean and closed filmcoating drum. During the process of movement, filmcoating medium is automatically sprayed according to the process flow and rational technological parameters, in the meanwhile hot air is supplied at negative pressure, and after passing through the tablet core layer, it exhausts from the bottom of drum, so that the filmcoating medium sprayed on the surface of tablet core gets dried quickly and evenly, and forms a firm and smooth surface film.
